Esse erro ocorre as vezes na renderfarm, quando houve alguma alteração das referências.
Exemplo de log:

Error: file: C:/Program Files/VetorLobo/Alias/Maya2016-x64/scripts/others/mayaBatchRenderProcedure.mel line 539: Cannot switch from ‘defaultRenderLayer’ to ‘Floresta_Beauty’ because of an override to a missing node within a referenced scene. Reload the referenced scene if it’s unloaded, clean up the referenced scene or remove corresponding reference edits if the node has been deleted in the referenced scene.
Geralmente o “Fix Render Layers” (Vetor Zero >> Rendering Tools >> Fix Render Layers) consegue arrumar, com o aviso de que alguns materiais podem ser removidos e precisarão ser reaplicados.
